Securely pack your items in their original DIRTEA packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
